BRUKSANVISNING FÖR ICEMASTER Strömbildare (For english: See below)
Allmän information
Denna apparat är inte avsedd att användas av personer (inklusive barn) med nedsatt fysisk, sensorisk eller mental förmåga, eller brist på erfarenhet och kunskap, om de inte har fått tillsyn eller instruktion om användning av apparaten av en person som ansvarar för deras säkerhet. Barn bör övervakas för att säkerställa att de inte leker med apparaten. Installation skall utföras i enlighet med alla relevanta nationella och internationella regler. Denna installation är avsedd att bli försörjd via Jordfelsbrytare (RCD) med en nominell högsta tillåten strömstyrka på 30mA. Om den svarta strömkabeln är skadad måste den ersättas av tillverkaren, dess serviceagent eller liknande kvalificerad personer, t.ex.behörig fackman, för att undvika en fara.

OBS!
Lyft inte Icemastern i skyddsgallren. Lyft den i linorna!
Vid drift kan du stänga av Icemastern genom att dra ur stickproppen.
I närheten av Icemastern försvagas isen. Det kan vara lämpligt att märka ut detta med varningsskyltar.
Icemastern skall användas i vatten och kan endast kortare stunder (15 sekunder) startas ovan vatten.Kontrollera att offeranoden är intakt ett par gånger per år.Icemastern får inte placeras djupare än 3 meter under vattenytan.
Endast behörig fackman får utföra elarbeten på Icemastern.

Uppackning och montering av bottengallret:
1 Kontrollera om emballaget är skadat i transporten
2 Packa upp Icemaster.
3 Kontrollera att Icemaster är helt t.ex. genom att se så att ingen olja har läckt ut
4 Montera det två banden så att toppgallret fixeras på plats

Så här fungerar din Icemaster:
Icemastern transporterar upp det varmare vattnet nära botten till ytan. Observera att redan strömmande vatten, som t.ex. åar, kan ha en vattentemperatur som är nära noll. Detta kan medföra tidigare isbildning.

Montering och installation:
Placera aldrig Icemastern djupare än 3 meter. Avståndet till botten bör vara minst en meter. Placera Icemastern så att inte sten och grus sugs upp i maskinen. Icemastern placeras oftast på ett djup mellan 1,5 till 2,0 meter och med en vinkel mot lodlinjen på 30 grader. Större vinkel ger längre och smalare yta med öppet vatten. Detta kan uppnås genom att ett tredje rep placeras i det förborrade hålet i underkanten på Icemastern. Sträck sedan detta rep så att Icemastern får ett mer horisontellt läge. Maskinen skall riktas så att den tar vatten från ett större djup och transporterar detta in mot stranden. Se till att elboxen utsätts för minimalt med sol, snö och regn.

Leveransinformation
Elboxen för modell 530T & 550T innehåller en termostat och säkring. Termostaten kan ställas på gradtal mellan 0 och +60 istället det förinställda gradtalet noll (0) för att uppnå kontinuerlig drift av Icemastern.

Upphängning
A Avståndet mellan linorna bör vara 3-5 meter. Placeras lämpligast på var sin sida om båten/bryggan. Kontrollera upphängningen när din Icemaster är i drift.
B Maskinens vinkel i vattnet kan varieras genom att placera upphängningslinan i något av de förborrade hålen i det svarta rörets kant.

Start och stopp
Starta och stoppa Icemastern genom att sätta i eller dra ur stickproppen.

Underhåll
Undersök offeranoden några gånger per säsong och se till att den inte förbrukats helt. Ta upp Icemaster ur vattnet när den inte används. Rengör Icemastern med sötvatten. Använd inte lösningsmedel. Undersök strömkabel, stickpropp och eventuell elbox. Sök efter sprickor och brott. Förvara den torrt och mörkt.

Instructions for the ICEMASTER

General information

Not for use by individuals (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or those lacking experience and knowledge, without proper supervision or instruction in the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Supervise children to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Installation must comply with all relevant national and international wiring standards. Power must be supplied through a residual current device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current of no more than 30mA. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified technician.

NOTE:

Do not lift the Icemaster by the safety grates. Only pull on the lines!

While running, the Icemaster can be turned off by pulling out the plug.

The ice in the vicinity of the Icemaster will be weaker than expected. It is a good idea to mark out the area with warning signs.

The Icemaster is intended for use under water. It must never run for more than 15 seconds on land.

Inspect the sacrificial anode a few times a year to make sure it is intact.

Do not place the Icemaster deeper than 3 metres below the water surface.

Only certified professionals may carry out electrical work on the Icemaster.

Unpacking and assembling the bottom safety grate:

1.Check for damage to the packaging from transport.

2.Unpack the Icemaster.

3.Check for damage; for example, ensure that no oil has leaked out.

4.Mount the upper grate using the two straps.

How your Icemaster works:

The Icemaster transports warmer water from near the bottom up to the surface, preventing the water from freezing. Note that flowing water, such as a river, may have a temperature close to freezing, which will cause ice to form quickly and the Icemaster may have difficulty keeping the water open.

Positioning and installation:

Do not place the Icemaster deeper than 3 metres below the water surface. It should always be at least 1 metre from the bottom. Position the Icemaster so that no stones or gravel can be sucked into the machine. Ideally, the Icemaster should be placed at a depth of 1.5 to 2.0 metres and at a 30-degree angle from vertical. A greater angle creates a longer, narrower area of open water. To achieve this, thread a third line through the 10 mm hole at the bottom of the Icemaster. Tighten the rope and create the desired angle. Direct the flow so that the machine takes in water from the depths and propels it towards the shore. Position the box near the plug in such a way to minimise its exposure to sun, snow and rain.

Suspension:

A. The distance between the lines should be as wide as possible, for example on each side of the boat/bridge. Check the suspension when your Icemaster is in operation.

B. You can adjust the angle in the water by placing the suspension line in one of the other holes in the edge of the black tube.

Starting and stopping

Once the Icemaster is positioned in the water you can plug it in to the electrical system. The Icemaster will not start until the temperature drops to the preset level. Pull out the plug to turn off the Icemaster.

Maintenance

Lift up the Icemaster out of the water when it is not in use. Clean the Icemaster with fresh water. Do not use solvents. Inspect the power cable, plug and box for damage and replace if necessary. Store in a dark, dry place.
